We provide consultancy service in litigation at Court and Trading Abitration, including the lawsuits in civil,  trading, labor, as well as the marriage cases.

Our strategy is as follows:

Legal consultancy pre-litigation

+Reviewing and analyzing the dispute with analysis of advantages, disadvantages and tentative risks;

+Render the practical opinion on actions and necessary steps to settle the disputes;

+ Draft and issue the letter before action or settlement agreement.

Acting as lawyer to protect the clients’legitimage rights

+ Drafting and preparing necessary documents, including claims, counter-claims;

+ Representing and/or with the clients in the negotiation and meditation of disputes with third parties;

+ Entering into the hearings, conciliation meetings, trial upon request of the Court and Arbitration.

Representation at Courts/Arbitration

Acting as the authorized person for the clients at Court and Arbitration in Vietnam
